What does holistic  and integrative mean? 

Holistic care focuses on the entire being. Humans are complicated and our providers examine the various facets which may be having an affect on your health such as stress, relationships, nutrition, exercise, sleep, past personal and family medical history, and current symptoms. Our integrative care approach offers patients the benefits of both traditional medicine and alternative or natural therapies. LKN Wellness offers discounted supplements, and IVs to deliver nutrients directly to the cells inside our caring and comfortable environment. When necessary your provider will collaborate and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to optimize your healthcare experience and outcome.​​

What ages will you see?

All ages- from newborn through older adult.

What is the cost to become a member?

$10 per month  |  Individuals 

$20 per month |  Families 

Adult children over the age of 26 will need their own membership.

Family is defined as immediate family living at the same home address.

Does LKN Wellness take insurance? 

YES!  Integrative primary care practices like ours are uncommon as most are cash only. As a hybrid practice, we do accept insurance however, we acknowledge there may be out-of-pocket expenses.

Does insurance cover all LKN Wellness expenses? 

It is important to check with your insurance provider to verify LKN Wellness is in-network and to verify your dectible. We believe in transparency and are happy to discuss expenses prior to your visit. Please call us directly so we can successfully work together - 980.920.3367.

How do I pay for labs? 

Our goal is to provide optimal treatments for our patients and many tests are not available at typical primary care offices.  We believe these labs are medically necessary. Unfortunately, insurance companies do not always agree. Here's some good news: our tests are typically covered by HSA's and FSA's- call your provider to check!

If you have a high deductible plan, you can utilize our cash prices for labs completed through LabCorp, otherwise, the labs will be filed through Insurance.

​Financial Requirements

  • Each patient is required to keep a credit, debit, or ACH bank account on file. You may also use a HSA or FSA card. 

  • Payment is due when checking out from your visit. 

  • Questions about billing? Send us a message directly through your portal or call the office at 980.920.3367.

Payments 

​Your portal account is setup to automatically pay your bill with your card or bank account on file. If payment is due after running through insurance, a link to pay your bill will be sent electronically for your convenience! We do allow 60 days to pay your bill. Outstanding balances will be automatically charged to the card or bank account on file after 60 days.

How does it work when my provider goes on vacation?

Provider vacations are scheduled in advance so that patients may be given as much notice as possible, and regularly scheduled visits or non-urgent issues can be taken care of in advance.  For problems that arise which require urgent evaluation during these times, there will be a provider available for phone/video consultation.  Emergent issues will be directed to the nearest urgent care or emergency department.

 

Do you provide deep dives to discover the root cause to my symptoms?  

Absolutely! We specialize in deep dive into your gut health, hormones,  food sensitivities, autoimmune and weight loss! Together with your provider, you will receive functional lab reports and reap the benefits of a tailored, integrative health plan.

Do you give vaccines?

We do not carry vaccines in our office. We can refer you to Minute Clinic, the health department, or an urgent care that administers vaccines. We can also help you make a pre and post vaccine plan to boost the immune system!

Do you prescribe regular medications? 

Yes, we prescribe pharmaceutical medications when needed. Our aim is to use natural treatments whenever possible. However, we value and utilize conventional medicine when appropriate.

How do I know if LKN Wellness is the right choice for me? 

We offer a complimentary 30 minute (in person or virtual) Meet and Greet! This time allows you to get to know the provider and get all of your questions answered before deciding to proceed with a membership or book an appointment. We are a relationship-based practice, and as such we want to ensure a good fit before embarking on your health journey together.
